Declining of your assent to use your personal data

Right to know
You have the right to know what data of your person are saved and to get all informations of your data in a usual digital format (e.g. pdf, doc, etc.). You also have the right to transfer data to anyone you want. If this transfer of data needs another institution or person (without our hotel), we guarantee the data transfer only, if it is possible without any problems.
SSL- / TLS-transcription
For security reasons this website is using SSL-transcription for data transfer and using our website. All data you send to us with our contact form will be secured by SSL-transcription. You can see this with the "lock"-symbol in your browser. If there is no "lock"-symbol, please be careful - maybe your system is infected. Please check all updates for your system and make a scan for malware.
Information, inhibition, erasing
At any time you can ask for information, inhibition, correcting or erasing of your personal data. If we are not legally bound to save some data (e.g. for invoices, etc.), we will erase your data immediatly after your request. For more information about this you can contact us with phone or e-mail.
2. Processing data
Cookies
Our Website is not using cookies. Cookies are little text files with saved settings to get some features working (e.g. booking form, etc.). Most of used cookies are "session cookies", which are only in use while you are using a website and will be erased after closing your web-browser. You can set your browser - so that you will be informed about cookies. You also can set your browser to use generally no cookies or any other configuration. Server-Log-Files
Our Provider process and save some "non personal" and "personal" data for optimizing content and statistical evaluation:

These data are not combined with any other data. This data processing is conform with DSGVO, art. 6, paragraph 1 lit., which allows the data processing to fullfill business contracts or get ready to fullfill a contract.
Contact form / Booking module
If you are using our contact form or our booking module, your data will be saved and processed electronically. We save your data for getting in contact to you and to be able to answer on your request or booking reservation. This data processing is conform to DSGVO, art. 6, paragraph 1 lit. to fullfill business contracts or get ready to fullfill a contract. With using our contact form or booking module you give us the permission to use your data as written above.

We are using the Google Maps Api. Owner of this Api is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. For using this Api it is neccessary to save your IP-address. This information is sent to a server within the USA and we have no influence to this data transfer. Using the Google Maps Api makes it easy for our customers to find our location. Google Analytics
Our website is using Google analytics of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. You can find a plugin to prevent Google analytics here: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout? hl=de. Google analytics is using cookies. The data are saved on a server in the USA. Google analytics has a code implemented to shorten the IP-address for all European IP-adresses. Only in exception the complete IP-adress will be sent to the server.
